Alicia Thomas has worked for Pivotal Solutions, Inc. for the past 10 years. She began as an intern, then an administrative assistant as she gained knowledge and experience in distressed loan and business operations and the legal process of both state and bankruptcy courts. She was promoted to Special Projects Manager in August of 2015.
She is a volunteer coordinator for the Consumer Education and Training Service (CENTS) for the Student Loan Program and is a Next Gen member of the Turnaround Management Association.
Alicia is currently continuing her undergraduate degree in Business Administration program through Eastern Washington University.
Marcia Frey has spent over 25 years in commercial banking, working in all aspects of operations and lending to small business and consumers and credit analysis functions. For nine years she was the senior administrative officer for the workout department of Bank of California, responsible for documentation, collateral analysis, and customer interface for operations issues.
Marcia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has successfully completed numerous other professional courses. Marcia is a past member of the Turnaround Management Association, has achieved the Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) designation (inactive) and formerly served as a Board of Directors for the Consumer Education and Training Service (CENTS) in Seattle, Washington.
Dick Hooper started his banking career in 1973 as a real estate loan officer and has since worked in commercial leasing, interim construction lending and commercial business lending. He spent 15 years as a senior workout and restructuring specialist for both Bank of California and as manager of the Special Credits Department for Key Bank of Alaska during the Alaska banking crisis years.
Dick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from EWSC and is a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern University, Pacific Coast Banking School at UW and numerous other professional courses. Dick is a past member of the Turnaround Management Association, has achieved the Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) designation (inactive) and formerly served as a Board Member of the Consumer Education and Training Service (CENTS) in Seattle, Washington.
